『Agora X』は、ヒーティング～クーリングまでの埋込時間が飛躍的に短縮された自動埋込機です。
埋込条件10個のメモリー機能を搭載しています。
操作しやすいタッチパネルにアナログボタンも付属してます。

ファインカット HS-25A型

研究分野むけに開発し、基礎試料の切断、物性研究の結晶体切断、電子顕微鏡試料の薄片切り出し、その他電子材料・セラミックス・各種金属の試料切断に適した卓上精密切断機です。
X軸方向（ワークテーブル左右移動）、Y軸方向（ワークテーブル前後移動）、Z軸方向（主軸上下移動）の移動が行え、さまざまな切断に対応できます。

個別荷重式自動研磨機　Rana-3

Rana-3は個別荷重方式を採用しており、1～6個の試料を自由にセットできます。
ホルダー回転数の変更が可能なため、ホルダーとディスクを同じ回転数で研磨することができ研磨面が傾斜したり、ペンシル状になりません。
ホルダー・ディスク共に、正転・逆回転が可能です。

Possible to detect less than ppm order of oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen. Used for measurement of oxygen concentration in the slug material.

ICP-OES (Hitachi, PS7800)

Used for measurement of metallic elements concentration in the slug material.

XRD(Bruker D2 PHASER)

Draft chamber

Chemical treatments involving the release of volatile toxic materials are performed in the draft chamber.
