A disaster drill of the Tokyo Institute of Technology was conducted on Nov 8 (Wed), 2023. In the comprehensive training exercise that assumes a hypothetical earthquake with a seismic intensity of 6 or less, participants ensured their own safety, went out of the building, and moved to a designated evacuation area. Faculty members confirmed the safety of each laboratory and facility. The members of Kobayashi Lab also quickly evacuated and confirmed their safety in preparation for emergencies.
