[The International Autumn School for Nuclear Energy Systems in Japan 2024] was held from October 7th to 10th, 2024, co-hosted by the Laboratory for Zero Carbon Energy, Science Tokyo and the OECD/NEA.

Students from approximately six countries, including the United States, Canada, and Germany, as well as students from Japan, participated in the program. Through lectures, poster sessions, student group sessions, presentations, and field trips, participants had the opportunity to learn about the current state, challenges, and potential of nuclear energy from various perspectives. By studying, discussing, and exchanging ideas together, the school provided a valuable experience for participants to deepen their understanding of nuclear energy.
