Three second-year master’s students from the Kobayashi Laboratory gave presentations at the 2025 Autumn (177th) Meeting of the Japan Institute of Metals and Materials (JIM) and the 190th Autumn Meeting of the Iron and Steel Institute of Japan (ISIJ), held at Hokkaido University (Sapporo Campus) from September 17 to 19, 2025.

Presentation titles:
・Daichi TERASHIMA: Measurement of Activity Coefficient of SrO in Molten Slag
・Shintaro ONO: Measurement of Activity Coefficient of CuFe₂O₄ in Fe₃O₄ Phase
・Yuto FUKUI: Effect of Cooling Rate on Copper Sulfide Precipitation in Low Carbon Steel

The students gained valuable experience through their presentations and discussions with other researchers.
