On December 23, 2025, Kobayashi Lab and Yasui Lab held their annual joint progress meeting.

Along with the regular oral presentations, we also organized a poster session. Students shared their research, asked questions, and had lively discussions. It was a great opportunity to learn from each other and discover new ideas across different research topics.

After the presentations, we enjoyed a year-end gathering in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Professor Alex Rettie from University College London (UCL) spoke about his research and professional experiences, giving students inspiring insights into international research and collaboration.

The event brought together students from different years and backgrounds, creating a friendly environment for both academic discussion and交流. It was a wonderful way to close the year as a research community.
